Biography
Brother and sister duo, Benjamin Winans (September 17, 1962) and Priscilla Marie Winans Love (October 8, 1964) jumped onto the Gospel music scene in 1982 on the television series The PTL Club. In 1987, Sparrow Records swooped down and picked up the duo launching their career. The Winans’ pair earned numerous awards and honors including, being the second African American artists to be named Group of the Year during the Dove Awards in 1990. BeBe and CeCe recorded six albums together before they officially became solo artists in 1995. Since the split, the Winans pair have released 3 albums together while continuing to have successful solo careers.
