Baseball Rainout Policy
In the event an ORU Baseball home game is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, the tickets purchased for the original game will be good for equal value at the makeup game if the game is rescheduled for a later date as a standalone game. AXS Mobile ID tickets and E-tickets will be automatically reassigned to the makeup game date while printed tickets can be taken directly to the attendants at the J.L. Johnson Stadium gates to be scanned on the rescheduled date.
If a home game is cancelled and is not rescheduled as a standalone game, the tickets purchased can be redeemed for General Admission entry to any 2020 non-premium, regular season, home game. Fans with printed tickets from the original game can take those tickets directly to the J.L. Johnson Stadium gate attendant where they will be stubbed by the game day worker. These are only good for General Admission entry and cannot be used as a “credit” for a reserved seat or box seat purchase.
AXS Mobile ID & E-ticket holders: if a home game is cancelled and not rescheduled as a standalone game, AXS Mobile ID and E-ticket holders will receive an email from AXS at the email address associated with their account on the next business day after the cancelled game. The email will include E-tickets that are good for General Admission value to redeem at any non-premium game as described above.
*Non-premium game tickets cannot be used for premium game entry (OU & OSU games.) No monetary refunds are given. If there are any other questions or clarifications needed, please call or text ORU Athletics at 918-495-7678.
